Literary Showdown Ahead is a cover story and industry profile regarding two of this springs most hotly-anticipated novels.

The second piece, Publisher Reveals Clue in Release Date of Dan Brown’s ‘Inferno’, discusses the significance of Inferno’s publication date. Doubleday senior vice president Suzanne Herz is quoted, “It is written 5-14-13, which read backwards 3.1415 – the value of pi.”

Doubleday is publishing Mr. Brown’s “Inferno” May 14, with a four million hardcover print run for North America.
