Cameras are rolling in Venice, Italy today. That’s because production of Inferno is officially underway. Ron Howard has been sharing behind the scenes glimpses from set. Check them out below!

The film stars an incredible cast, which includes Tom Hanks opposite Oscar nominee Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything), Irrfan Khan (Life of Pi), Omar Sy (The Intouchables), Sidse Babett Knudsen (“Borgen”), and Ben Foster.

Director Howard said, “I’m so excited to be starting production on our third Robert Langdon film. Audiences everywhere have shown a tremendous appetite for the Robert Langdon adventures and Inferno has all of the intrigue and action they could want.”

The film is slated for release on October 14, 2016.
